DMD 6630 POLYESTER DMD 6630 polyester thin film-non woven fabrics limpness composite material
Product Description£º

¡¡¡¡The product is a three-layer limpness composite material£¨DMD£©made by bonding polyester non woven fabrics (D) on two sides of a layer of polyester thin (M). It possesses excellent electric insulation and heat resistance properties ,mechanical strength. and excellent dripping properties, and is suitable for the use as through insulation, phase-to-phase, turn-to-turn and gasket insulations in y-series motor and electric appliance; it belongs to B insulation material. 6630 is harder and is suitable for manual embedding process. Applicable prompt; trough insulation ,gasket and turn-to-turn insulations whish are suitable for mechanical embedding line B class motor can also be used for coil insulation of electric appliance. The performance of limpness composite material is different of nominal thickness of the film used(main performance includes mechanical strength ,breakthrough voltage, limpness and deflection). The users must indicate the thin film¡¯s nominal thickness and product specification.
